Will the shoe charms fall out when I walk?

No — the 6mm snap button locks securely into the shoe holes. You'll hear a soft "click" when it's in.

Are they safe for kids?

Made from soft PVC with no chemical odor. Not a toy — not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts.

Will they fit other clog-style shoes?

They're designed for our Leisure Path and Guardian Orbit models. The 6mm button fits most standard clog holes, but we can only guarantee fit on our own shoes.

How do I clean them?

Pop them off, rinse with warm soapy water, air dry. Avoid bleach or harsh solvents.

How do I put them on and take them off?

Super easy — hold the shoe charm and push it into the shoe hole at a 45° angle until it clicks. To remove, reach inside the shoe and gently push the back of the charm out with your finger. No tools needed.
